Fresh salsa
Fresh Salsa
Mix the following ingredients:
- 3 cups chopped tomatoes
- ⅓ cup finely chopped onion
- 4 cloves garlic
- 2 jalapeño peppers, seeded and finely chopped
- 3 Tbsp. minced cilantro
- 2 Tbsp. lime juice
- ½ tsp. salt
This salsa is best served the same day it is made.
Notes
To save time, you can make this recipe in a food processor. Chop everything except the tomatoes, then add the tomatoes last, and pulse to the desired consistency.
