Preheat oven to 425℉. Cut in chunks that are about 2-3 times bite size:
- 6 large potatoes
Place in a large bowl and toss with:
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. garlic powder optional
- 1 tsp. paprika optional
