Preheat oven to 425℉. Cut in chunks that are about 2-3 times bite size:

  • 6 large potatoes

Place in a large bowl and toss with:

  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder optional
  • 1 tsp. paprika optional

Place on a single layer on a nonstick baking sheet. Bake for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes. Bake an additional 10-15 minutes if they are not crisp enough after the 45 minutes.

Serve with ketchup.
