Tofu Mazemen
Tofu Mazemen
Ramen noodles coated in a rich sauce and accompanied by bok choy and mushrooms create a tasty, Japanese-inspired dish.
Servings: 4 people
Prepare the following sauce and set aside:
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 8 tsp. chili crisp
- 4 tsp. white miso paste
- 4 tsp. Braggs liquid aminos
- 1/2 cup water
Heat a large wok or frying pan and sauté the following:
- 8 ounces fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- sprinkle salt
When mushrooms begin to brown, add the following ingredients:
- 1 14–16 oz package firm or extra firm tofu, coarsely crumbled
- 1 large head bok choy, coarsely chopped
- 2 green onions, sliced
- Sauce from above
Cook on medium heat, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking. Meanwhile, cook according to the directions on the package:
