Caesar Salad
Caesar Salad
A vegan version of a classic salad
Servings: 6 servings
Mix well the following for dressing:
- 7 tsp. lemon juice
- 4½ Tbsp. olive oil
- ¼ tsp. salt
- ¼ tsp. garlic powder or 1 clove crushed garlic
- ½ tsp. Braggs or vegan worcestershire sauce
- ⅓ cup
vegan parmesan cheese
For croutons, thoroughly toast 2 slices of bread in a toaster. Rub with a clove of garlic, brush with olive oil, and sprinkle with salt. Cut into cubes.
For the salad, place the following ingredients to a salad bowl in the order listed, mixing between each addition:
- 1 large head leaf lettuce or romaine lettuce
- Dressing from above
- ⅓ cup
vegan parmesan cheese - croutons from above
