Combine in a pint jar:

  • ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • ¼ cup honey
  • ¼ cup dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp. salt

Shake well and keep refrigerated. Serve over tossed salad.
