Using a food processor, chop each of these ingredients separately:

Transfer to a large bowl. Add the following ingredients and mix well:

Press mixture into an 11x14 baking dish. Bake at 350℉ for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, mix all the following ingredients together for the sauce. Set aside.

After the roast has baked for 30 minutes, pour sauce over. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 30 minutes.
