This isn't your typical overnight oats--it's more of a thick fruit soup and is a weekly breakfast staple at our home.

In the evening, blend the following ingredients and pour into a large serving bowl:

orange juice concentrate

Then add to the mixing bowl:

chopped dried fruit
e.g., dates, prunes, apples
juice and pulp of 3 oranges

apples, finely grated
juice and pulp of 2 lemons
or ⅓ cup lemon juice
Cover and refrigerate overnight. Serve topped with your choice of the following toppings:
chopped nuts
coconut flakes
sliced bananas
