Preheat oven to 350℉. Stir together in a medium-sized mixing bowl:
1cupnatural peanut butter
¼cupunsweetened applesauce
½Tbsp.baking powder
¼tsp.vanilla powderor 1 tsp. vanilla extract
⅔cupbrown sugar
¼tsp.salt
1cupwhole-wheat flour
Stir all ingredients together, adding flour last. Mix the last of the flour in with your hands. Roll dough into walnut-sized balls, and place on a non-stick cookie sheet. Flatten with a fork. Bake for 12 minutes. Let cool on pan.
