Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor:

• 3⅓ cups yeast flakes
• ¼ cup onion powder
• 2 Tbsp. salt
• 1 tsp. celery salt
• 2 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
• 1 cup parsley
• 2 tsp. garlic powder
• 2 tsp. paprika
• 1 tsp. cumin

Blend until powdered. Store in an airtight container. Keeps for months.

Use in taco salad or to dust on tortilla chips for a yummy snack.
