Thousand Island Salad Dressing

Sweet chili sauce provides a tasty alternative to the traditional ketchup in this recipe.

Stir together in a small jar:

  • 1 cup vegan mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. dill pickle relish or minced dill pickles
  • ½ tsp. salt

Mix well and serve over tossed green salad
