Mix in a large bowl:
2poundstofu, drained and mashed
1oniondiced
⅓cupBraggs liquid aminos
⅓cupolive oil
1Tbsp.McKay's chicken style seasoning
½cupchopped walnuts
6cupsrice crispy or puffed rice cereal
Stir all ingredients together well. Press evenly into a 9 x 13 inch pan. Cover and bake for 45 minutes at 350℉. Uncover and bake an additional 15 minutes.
