Toast over medium heat in a dry frying pan:
1¼cupssesame seeds
Stir constantly until the seeds turn a light golden brown color, look oily, and smell very good. This takes 5-10 minutes. Then grind in a food processor with the following:
⅜cupyeast flakes
½tsp.salt
½tsp.onion powder
¼tsp.garlic powder
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Keeps indefinitely.
