Combine the following ingredients in a large mixing bowl:

whole wheat flour

white flour

salt

baking powder

baking soda

Tbsp.
cinnamon

cup
carob powder

cup
carob chips
½
cup
hemp seeds
optional
Combine the following ingredients in a separate mixing bowl:

zucchini, finely grated

cup
vegetable oil
½
cup
pureed banana

sugar

cup
nondairy milk
Add wet ingredients to dry. Combine thoroughly.
Spoon into mini loaf pans. Bake at 350℉ for 1 hour or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool completely before slicing.
Notes
You can make these in muffin tins instead, but then you will need to reduce the baking time to 45 minutes.
